Dr. Neha Kaushik is a skilled counselling psychologist with a diverse background in mental health care and crisis intervention. Currently, she is serving as a career counsellor with Nirmaan Organisation NGO. Additionally, Dr. Kaushik volunteers as a counsellor for the Ummeed Mental Health Psychosocial Helpline, a collaboration with Save the Children and the Rajasthan State Commission for Protection of Child Rights. Dr. Kaushik completed her Master's and Bachelor's degrees at the Amity Institute of Psychology and Allied Sciences, Amity University, graduating in 2020. During her career, she has gained valuable experience working with the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights as a crisis counsellor, where she also contributed to handling social media for a few months. Her internship experience includes placements at several renowned institutions, such as: Fortis Hospital BLK Super Speciality Hospital Anubhuti Clinic Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS) Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital (RML) Psy-Fi Home Dr. Kaushik has also conducted both secondary and primary research in the field of spirituality.
