He earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Guyana and completed a Master of Family Medicine from the University of Edinburgh. Dr. Williams has worked in multiple healthcare settings in Jamaica and Guyana, including roles in emergency care, outpatient services, and chronic illness management. He has held leadership roles at Andrews Memorial Hospital as a Medical Supervisor.
