Topic: Diabetes Prevention Project with Lifestyle Intervention In 2018, I participated in an evidence-based diabetes prevention project aimed at reducing the incidence of diabetes among high-risk patients with pre-diabetes. This initiative involved pre-recruitment and recruitment of patients for the study, along with conducting lifestyle intervention workshops. The project was conducted in collaboration with the Yale Transdisciplinary Collaborative Centre for Health Disparities focused on Precision Medicine (Yale-TCC) at Primary Health Facilities in County Victoria.
