His service to advancing neurosurgery earned him membership in the prestigious National Academy of Medical Sciences. Dr. Bhati further enhanced his expertise with a Fellowship in Skull Base Surgery at Humanitas University, Milan, Italy, followed by an Extended Skull Base Fellowship at Weill Cornell Medicine, New York, USA. After his residency, Dr. Bhati worked closely with his mentors, Prof. A.K. Banerji and Prof. Ravi Bhatia, both former professors at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). He also served as a Visiting Consultant in Neurosurgery and Spine Surgery at the Indian Spinal Injuries Centre, New Delhi. Currently, Dr. Bhati is a Consultant Neurosurgeon and Spine Surgeon at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi.
