Profile Description
My name is Dr. M Raja, and I come from Vizag. I come from a family of doctors, and my father is a doctor who worked in the government service. I completed my MBBS from Pondicherry University and pursued my MS in General Surgery from KMC Mangalore in Karnataka. After completing my MS, I worked as a senior resident at Tirumala Super Speciality Hospital under Dr. K. Tirumala Prasad in Vizianagaram. I received my laparoscopic training from him. Later, I joined Manipal Hospital as a consultant and continued my work as a consultant at Mycure Hospital, Pinnacle Hospital, and Omni Hospital. Eventually, I started my own center called Shreyas Hospital at Gurdwara Junction in Visakhapatnam. It is a specialized center for diabetic foot care and a day care hospital. I am a member of several medical associations such as ASI, AMASI, IMA, IPA, DFSI, and ISCP. With over 10 years of experience, my particular interest lies in diabetic foot management. I specialize in general, laparoscopic, diabetic foot, podiatric, and coloproctology procedures.
