In 2014, Dr. Ricardo expanded her horizons by taking on the role of an Endocrinologist Consultant at King Khalid Hospital in Hail, Saudi Arabia, gaining international exposure. Since 2016, she has been making significant contributions as an Endocrinologist Consultant at GPHC and St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, concurrently serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Universidad Guyana.
